The Cold Steel Ti-Lite tactical folding knife evokes the sleep speed and rebellious lines of the classic 1950s-style switchblade. Unlike most switchblades, however, the Ti-Lite is legal to carry nearly everywhere. The knife is equipped with a Japanese-made AUS 8A stainless-steel blade with a bead-blast finish, razor-sharp edge, and sturdy needle-sharp point. This particular version of the knife features a Zytel handle, an affordable alternative to the Ti-Lites' traditional aluminum handle. The 43-percent glass-filled Zytel handle mimics the look of its aluminum siblings almost exactly, but is significantly less expensive. Cold Steel also added a stainless-steel leaf-spring lock and liner tested to hold up to 130 pounds, so you can rest assured that the knife won't open accidentally. The resulting knife is remarkably strong, sharp, and good looking.

The Ti-Lite is easy to carry thanks to the small steel pocket clip. To open, simply use the thumb studs or snag a quillon on the edge of your pocket as you draw your knife out.

Ti-Lite tactical folders evoke the sleek speed and rebellious lines of the classic 1950’s-styled switchblade. Unlike most switchblades however, they are legal to carry nearly everywhere. They feature Japanese made AUS 8A stainless steel blades with a bead blast finish, razor sharp edges and sturdy, needle sharp points. The CNC milled handles are forged from super tough 7075 Aluminum billets and are given an attractive bead blast surface and finished with a protective EDP (Electric Discharge Plating) coating. And for maximum strength and safety, we have equipped our Ti-Lites with our patent pending, stainless steel leaf spring locks (proven, in our tests, to hold 130 lbs).
